How do I reset my password?
Open the app, tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, and follow the instructions sent to your phone.
My data disappeared after an update
Don't worry — your data is safely stored locally. Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, contact us on WhatsApp.
How do I import a profile catalog?
Go to Settings → Profile Systems → Import. Select the manufacturer (HPS, Metalco) and the catalog will download automatically.
Can I transfer my data to a new phone?
Yes! Enable cloud backup in Settings, then sign in on your new phone. Your data will sync automatically.
The app crashes when generating a PDF
This is usually cause by very large projects. Try splitting your project into smaller parts, or contact support for help.
